If you were to take some time to study the Law of Attraction, you would find that it’s actually a fairly straightforward subject and simple process. Despite that, many people still struggle to manifest the things they want in this life.

1. Be grateful

Open yourself to receiving what you manifest by developing gratitude for the things you already have in life. Take a few minutes each day to reflect on the good things that happened to you, and the wonderful things you have in your life.

2. Create a dream board

A dream board can help you visualize the things you want, or your goals. Use vivid pictures and works that represent what you want and stick them to your board. Hang this somewhere you see daily to help you visualize it.

3. Visualize what you want

The key to the Law of Attraction is to see, in your mind, what it is you most desire and focus on that. A dream board can help, but you need to make this a daily step when you’re outside of your home. Close your eyes and try to imagine what it is you want to be obtained. Focus on details and how it would feel to achieve it.

Positive affirmations are central to the Law of Attraction. Negativity breeds negativity, so replace that with positivity. Treat these simple, short positive affirmations like a daily mantra and repeat them to yourself to help keep you open.

5. Create a positivity list

A positivity list works a lot like making a list of the things you’re grateful for, but it expands beyond what you have. This list can and should include the things you’re looking forward to. It can the big things you’re dreaming off, or just the little things that please you – like making a note that you’re looking forward to seeing your friends this weekend.

Energy can be transferred, it’s all around us. Enhancing the Law of Attraction in your life can be done by using simple objects to channel your positivity and connect to that object. Find something small, or simple, and make sure it’s filled with positive energy. This could be a bracelet a friend gave you, or any small object that you know makes you happy. Carry it with you daily to remind you of what you’re trying to attract.

7. Let go of control

It’s important to recognize that while you can manifest things in your life, you cannot control the universe. You need to let the universe do its thing. Stop obsessing, stop worrying, and stop making decisions based on fear. Let it go and relax. Avoid complaining about what you don’t have, and focus on living your life.

8. Eliminate negativity

Energies can cancel one another out, and stated negativity attracts negativity. It may be difficult for some people to do, but if there are negative people in your life then you need to remove them. You’ll find it increasingly difficult to exude positivity and manifest your desires when you’re weighted down and stifled by people who are constantly complaining and see life as “a glass half empty.”

9. Don’t be the negative person

If you have limiting beliefs, then eliminate them. If you think that you won’t be able to reach a certain goal, then you’re directly limiting your own potential. Try to understand what is making you think that way; in many cases it stems from disempowering belief. Eliminate that negative and you’ll feel far more empowered.

10. Make room for the law of attraction to work

The universe will eventually send you what it is you’ve been asking for. Your job is to make sure you’re ready for it, can receive it, and you’re not standing in your own way. For example, if you’re single now but you’ve been invited to an event 6+ months away, make an RSVP with a +1. Who knows, the universe may send someone your way just in time.

There’s a theme in each of these steps, revolving around positivity. You have to establish that positive mindset. How you feel is one of the most important factors. You need to visualize and feel that positive energy. Monitoring your thoughts and feelings is one of the most difficult parts of the Law of Attraction, but the more you work on it, the easier you’ll find it is to attract the things you want.
